Why Did They Remove Blackjack From The Casino Filipinos In Manila?

by Blackjack on January 26, 2010

Of the four different casinos that we’ve visited in Manila, none of
them offered Blackjack. Blackjack has been replaced with Pontoon.
These casinos used to have 3-4 blackjack tables but not anymore.

chinese, koreans, japanese and other asian tourists are not familiar with it. maybe they decided to find a game more suited to asian gamblers.

i dont know, you should go call them up to ask.
the last time i was in one of the local casinos was well over 10 years ago.
but if i would venture to guess, it is because it is one if not the only one, where the odds of winning against the bank can be close to 50-50, & more if you are a very sophisticated player.

Did you try the Casino Filipino at the Manila Pavilion ? Make sure you get that 20k I lost last month. I was playing for about two hours. Most of the crowds comes in late, so if they do have a table for blackjack, its late in the evening. Make that money !!!!
